Practice your yoga anywhere at anytime that suits your schedule.... Different classes will be uploaded each week on a Monday and will be available until Sunday of the same week.
CLASS STYLES AVAILABLE:
VINYASA FLOW: This class aims to improve flexibility whilst building core strength and stability. Movement is connected with breath, expect to build heat in body. Mixed ability level.
GENTLE FLOW: Gentle flow to release muscular tension and pain. Learn to quiet the mind, release stress and anxiety. Suitable for all levels and beginners.
£5 will entitle you to access the class for a whole week (Monday to Sunday) to do as many times as you like that suits your schedule, not mine. ONCE YOU HAVE PAID A LINK WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU TO ACCESS YOUR CLASS FROM MONDAY.

IMMUNITY BOOST: Yoga can be great for the immune system. It can assist in reducing stress, help to increase blood flow and improve the digestive system and this week's classes aim to do just that.
These classes will offer you some breath work to help improve the efficiency of the lungs, extensions and twists to improve circulation and some strength work to balance it all out.
